Paige’s Root Beer was established in 2012 by Kevin and Teresa Paige to showcase family heritage recipes. The signature root beer is made on premises in kegs from an old family recipe “that was a big Christmas treat.”
Paige describes their sandwiches from their family recipe box as “The Little Burger with the Big Taste.” The sandwiches use fresh ground beef marinated overnight with secret seasonings before they are cooked to order and slipped into a toasted bun.
The burgers are fried and hard smashed flat with crispy edges served on a butter-toasted bun. The flavorful beef combined with the texture of the toasted bun makes for a delicious mouth treat.
